Nadini Verma, M.D. FACOG

Gynecologist located in West Los Angeles, Santa Monica, CA

Dr. Verma is a well-established, board-certified gynecologist located in Santa Monica. She serves patients from Southern California and across the U.S. She completed her OB-GYN residency at USC Women’s Hospital. Following graduation, she accepted a faculty position as the Director of OB-GYN at the Family Practice residency program at Santa Monica Hospital. She then transitioned into private professional practice in 1990. She is currently an active physician staff member of the Providence St. John’s Hospital Medical Center in Santa Monica.

For over 20 years her practice has spanned the full cycle of women’s health: adolescent, prenatal care, delivering babies, fertility issues, hormone disorders and gynecological problems. The ongoing concerns of her patients regarding hormonal problems convinced her that many women were being underserved by traditional gynecologic approaches. Therefore, Dr. Verma completed advanced training in integrative medicine, leveraged holistic medicinal approaches from her native India and worked with leading anti-aging experts from Europe to move her practice forward to become an integrative hormone specialist.

Dr. Verma takes a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach to patient care. She blends traditional Eastern and current Western medicine with groundbreaking new therapies to address a number of common health concerns, including hormone imbalances, menopause, PCOS, menstrual problems, fertility, cardiac and thyroid health and other chronic diseases like diabetes and osteoporosis.

Dr. Verma and her expert team are dedicated to helping women live more joyful, natural, and productive lives at every stage. She is passionate about her work and about enhancing the quality of women’s health.

Meet Nurse Practitioner Salley Stewart

Dr Verma and Salley Stewart met over 20 years ago at Santa Monica Hospital, when they worked together delivering babies at Santa Monica Hospital. Salley’s expert training as a labor and delivery nurse and her compassionate nature made them the perfect team. Subsequently Salley expanded her vision to become a nurse practitioner at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Upon completion she served in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the UCLA/David Geffen School of Medicine as a clinical supervisor and instructor for medical residents. She continued her practice in community clinics providing care to underserved populations followed by working in a highly reputable private medical practice in Santa Monica specializing in gynecology and urogynecology and infertility for six years. Salley then returned to UCLA to work in the Department of Urology and gained experience in female disorders of the bladder and pelvis.

Dr Verma and Salley reunited in 2012 when Salley joined Dr. Verma’s practice. They both share a holistic approach to women’s health and treatment of the spectrum of hormonal disorders. These include menopause, bioidentical hormones, pmdd, pcos and other women’s health issues. They plan to work together to address women’s needs by combining their shared knowledge of western science and complementary healing methods. Their goal is to help their patients achieve vibrant and optimal health for long term wellness and better quality of life regardless of age.
